Who doesn't want to eat a rainbow? It's not exactly Skittles - but in salads, the more color the better! If you make a small, personal size pazookie after a healthy meal, as long as it's not every night, you will be just fine. It makes for the perfect indulgence after a long day of work, exercise and healthy eating.
